1. Marinate the Chicken

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to form a marinade.

2. Add Chicken

Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and ensure they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

3. Cook the Chicken

Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade. Grill or cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

4. Serve

Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your choice of sides.
