Prepare the Mac Salad

    Cook the Macaroni

    Boil macaroni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.

    Mix the Salad

    In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped celery, grated carrots, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Prepare the Brew House Meat Sauce

    Cook the Ground Beef

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook 0.5 pound of ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

    Add Sauce Ingredients

    Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Cook the Burgers

    Form and Cook the Patties

    Form 8oz patties from the remaining ground beef. Season with salt and pepper, then grill or pan-fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.

    Add Cheese

    Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each burger during the last minute of cooking to melt.

    Prepare frozen French fries according to package instructions, either by baking or frying.

Assemble the Plate

    On each plate, place a scoop of mac salad, add the cooked burger, top with Brew House meat sauce and chopped onions, and serve with a side of French fries.
