Marinate the Pork
In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cut the pork tenderloin into 1-inch cubes and add them to the marinade. Toss to coat the pork evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Prepare Skewers
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Skewer the Pork
Thread the marinated pork cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.

Serve
Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve warm with pita bread, tzatziki sauce, and a side of Greek salad.
