Prepare the Beef
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground Black Angus beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until the spices are evenly distributed throughout the meat.

Form the Patty
Shape the mixture into a patty that is approximately 1 inch thick. Make sure not to overwork the meat to keep it tender.

Cook the Patty
Place the patty in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, or until a nice crust forms. Flip the patty and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, or longer if desired.

Rest and Serve
Once cooked to your liking, remove the patty from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
