Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preparing the Steak
Remove the picanha steak from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- 2
Seasoning
Generously sprinkle the kosher salt and black pepper on both sides of the steak. Rub it in gently to ensure it's well seasoned.
- 3
Searing
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the picanha steak and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
- 4
Resting
Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
- 5
Slicing
Slice the steak thinly against the grain to ensure tenderness.
- 6
Serving
Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
