Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper on both sides. Dredge each cutlet in flour, shaking off the excess.

2

Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cutlets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

3

Sauté the Mushrooms

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter and add the sliced mushrooms. Sauté for about 5 minutes until browned. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.

4

Deglaze the Pan

Pour in the Marsala wine, scraping the bottom of the skillet to release any browned bits. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

5

Combine and Serve

Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Let it cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
