Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Ribs

Remove the membrane from the back of the pork spareribs. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.

  3. 3

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Rub this spice mixture all over the ribs.

  4. 4

    Roast the Ribs

Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender.

  5. 5

    Glaze with BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven and increase the temperature to 200°C (400°F). Brush the BBQ sauce generously over the ribs.

  6. 6

    Final Bake

Return the ribs to the oven (uncovered) for an additional 15-20 minutes to caramelize the BBQ sauce.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for a few minutes before cutting. Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
