Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Salmon
Pat the Chilean salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- 2
Heat the Pan
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until hot.
- 3
Sear the Salmon
Carefully place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the hot skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
- 4
Flip and Finish Cooking
Gently flip the salmon fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 5
Add Lemon Juice
Drizzle the lemon juice over the cooked salmon before removing from the skillet.
- 6
Serve
Serve the salmon hot with homemade caper sauce drizzled on top.
