Prepare the Casings
Soak the natural hog casings in water for at least 30 minutes before using to soften them.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and chopped parsley. Mix thoroughly.

Add Ice Water
Gradually add the ice water to the meat mixture, mixing until well combined and slightly sticky.

Stuff the Sausages
Using a sausage stuffer, carefully fill the prepared casings with the meat mixture, taking care not to overstuff. Tie off the ends securely.
