Grilled Texas Redfish

Method

Preparation and Grilling

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and harissa paste. Mix well to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Fish

Place the Texas Redfish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Grill the Fish

Remove the fish from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the grilled redfish from the grill and serve immediately, drizzled with additional harissa sauce if desired.
