Cut the head of iceberg lettuce into quarters, creating wedges. Rinse each wedge under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Dice the tomatoes and set aside. Crumble the gorgonzola cheese into small pieces. Slice the prosciutto into strips. Peel the hardboiled eggs and cut them into quarters.
