Preparation
- 1
Brew the Coffee
Start by brewing 8 cups of freshly brewed coffee using your preferred method, whether it's a coffee maker, French press, or pour-over. Ensure it is hot and ready for serving.
- 2
Prepare Sweeteners
In a large bowl or container, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, honey, and stevia. Stir well to ensure everything is mixed. Place this sweetener station on the table next to the coffee.
- 3
Prepare Creamers
Pour the half-and-half and flavored creamer into small pitchers or jars. Label them if desired, and set them out alongside the coffee and sweeteners.
- 4
Set Up Disposable Items
Arrange the disposable coffee cups, stirrers, and napkins on a tray or table. This will allow guests to easily access them while serving their coffee.
Serving
- 5
Serve the Coffee
Once everything is prepared, invite your guests to help themselves to the coffee. They can choose their desired amount of coffee, add sweeteners, and creamers according to their preference.
