Prepare Ravioli Filling

Mix the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, ground beef or sausage, grated Parmesan, egg, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Make Ravioli Dough

Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the eggs and water. Gradually mix the flour into the eggs until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Assemble Ravioli

Roll and Fill
Divide the dough into four pieces. Roll out each piece on a floured surface until thin. Place a teaspoon of the filling on one half of the dough, then fold the other half over and seal the edges. Use a fork to crimp the edges.

Fry the Ravioli
In a deep skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded ravioli in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
