Spiedini
- 1

- 3
Assemble the Skewers
Thread the chicken, sausage, bell pepper, and red onion onto the soaked skewers, alternating between each ingredient.

Add Cream and Cheese
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- 9

Season the sauce with salt and black pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- 10
Finish with Parsley
Remove the sauce from heat and stir in chopped parsley for added flavor.
Artichoke Hearts
- 11
Prepare the Artichokes
Drain and rinse the canned artichoke hearts. Cut them in half if they are large.
