Prepare the Filling

Mix the Filling Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cooked and chopped spinach, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
Prepare the Pasta

Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the cannelloni and manicotti pasta separately according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool slightly.

Stuff the Pasta
Using a piping bag or a spoon, carefully fill the cannelloni and manicotti with the prepared filling. Set aside.
Make the Tomato Cream Sauce

Sauté Garlic
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add Tomatoes and Cream
Add crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, fresh basil, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Assemble and Bake

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Layer the Pasta
In a large baking dish, spread a layer of the tomato cream sauce on the bottom. Arrange the stuffed cannelloni on one side and the manicotti on the other side, both in a single layer.

Add More Sauce
Pour the remaining tomato cream sauce over the stuffed pasta, ensuring they are well covered.

Bake
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the pasta is hot and bubbly.
