Method
Tiramisu

Prepare the Coffee Mixture
In a shallow bowl, combine the cooled espresso and coffee liqueur. Set aside.

Make the Mascarpone Mixture
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Layer the Tiramisu
Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture quickly (do not soak), then layer them in a serving dish. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and remaining mascarpone mixture.

Chill and Serve
Sprinkle cocoa powder on top of the tiramisu. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Mini Cannoli

Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and mini chocolate chips until well combined.

Fill the Cannoli Shells
Using a piping bag, fill each cannoli shell with the ricotta mixture. Dip the ends of each filled cannoli in chopped pistachios.

Chill and Serve
Chill the filled cannoli in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Brew a shot of espresso and set aside.

Dust the top with cocoa powder and serve immediately.
