Prepare the Tomatoes
Wash the Sicilian tomatoes thoroughly. Cut them into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Rinse the fresh basil leaves, pat them dry with a paper towel, and roughly chop them. Add the chopped basil to the mixing bowl.
Mixing and Dressing

Sprinkle the dried oregano, salt, and black pepper over the tomato, onion, and basil mixture.

Drizzle the olive oil and red wine vinegar over the ingredients in the bowl.
