Preparation
- 1
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2
Prepare the Sauce Ingredients
Zest and juice the lemons, mince the garlic cloves, and chop the fresh parsley. Set these ingredients aside for the sauce.
Cooking
- 3
Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the grill and set aside.

Make the Lemon Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, add a little olive oil if needed. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the white wine, lemon juice, and capers. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- 5
Combine Chicken and Sauce
Add the grilled chicken breasts to the skillet with the lemon sauce. Spoon the sauce over the chicken and let it cook together for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon zest before serving. Enjoy the Chicken Lemonata with your favorite side dish.
