Prepare the Croutons

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Bread
Cut the bread into small cubes.

Season and Bake
In a bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
Make the Caesar Dressing

Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.

Add Parmesan
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the dressing is smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Salad

Prepare Lettuce
Rinse and dry the romaine lettuce leaves. Tear them into bite-sized pieces.

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, toss the romaine lettuce with the homemade Caesar dressing until well coated.

Add Croutons and Cheese
Add the croutons and shaved Parmesan cheese to the salad, and toss gently to combine.
