Heaven

Method

Heaven

  1. 1

    Prepare Heaven Mixture

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped basil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Hell

  1. 2

    Prepare Hell Mixture

In another mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, hot sauce, shredded pepper jack cheese, chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Baked Cannelloni

  1. 3

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 4

    Cook Cannelloni

Boil a large pot of salted water. Carefully add the cannelloni pasta and cook for about 7-8 minutes until slightly softened but still firm. Drain and let cool.

  3. 5

    Fill Cannelloni

Stuff each cannelloni tube with the Heaven mixture using a piping bag or a spoon. Repeat the same process with the Hell mixture for the remaining cannelloni.

  4. 6

    Assembly

Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the stuffed cannelloni in a single layer on top of the sauce. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the cannelloni and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.

  5. 7

    Bake

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  6. 8

    Garnish and Serve

Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
