Layer the Base
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). On a large baking sheet, spread half of the tortilla chips evenly.

Add Refried Beans
Spoon half of the refried beans over the tortilla chips, spreading it out evenly.

Add Enchilada Sauce and Cheese
Drizzle half of the enchilada sauce over the beans, then sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top.

Repeat Layers
Repeat the layering process with the remaining tortilla chips, beans, enchilada sauce, and cheese.
Adding Toppings

Top the layered nachos with jalapeños, diced tomatoes, and black olives evenly distributed across the surface.

Add Protein (if desired)
If using steak or chicken, add it on top of the toppings for extra flavor.
Baking

Bake the Nachos
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the nachos from the oven and allow them to cool for a minute. Serve hot with dollops of sour cream and guacamole on the side.
