Make the Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine equal parts sugar and water. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Allow to cool before using.

Prepare the Flavor Purees
If using fresh fruits, puree them in a blender until smooth. Strain to remove seeds or pulp if desired. If using pre-made syrups, set them aside for mixing.
Mixing the Soda

Combine Ingredients
In a large glass or pitcher, combine the carbonated water, simple syrup, and fresh lime juice. Stir gently to mix.

Choose your desired flavor (mango, pineapple, strawberry, or hibiscus) and add the corresponding puree or syrup to the mixture. Stir gently to combine.
