Prepare Ice Cream

Scoop Ice Cream
Scoop 4 cups of vanilla ice cream and form into tight balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze them for at least 2 hours until solid.

Crush Cornflakes
In a large bowl, crush the cornflakes into smaller pieces. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix well and set aside.

Fry Ice Cream

Heat Oil
In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat 4 cups of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Coat Ice Cream Balls
Take the frozen ice cream balls from the freezer. Dip each ball into the flour mixture, ensuring it's fully coated, then roll it in the crushed cornflakes until well covered.

Fry Ice Cream
Carefully place the coated ice cream balls into the hot oil, frying them for about 10-15 seconds until golden brown. Remove immediately and drain on paper towels.
Serve

Add Toppings
Place the fried ice cream on a serving plate. Drizzle with honey and top with whipped cream as desired. Serve immediately.
