Beef Chimichanga

Method

Beef Chimichanga

  1. 1

    Prepare the Filling

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Chimichangas

On each tortilla, spread a layer of refried beans, add some ground beef, and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to seal.

  3. 3

    Fry the Chimichangas

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chimichangas, a few at a time, until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Serve

Serve hot with sour cream and salsa on the side.

Beef Taco

  1. 5

    Cook the Beef

In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat. Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions. Simmer until heated through.

  2. 6

    Assemble the Tacos

Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Fill each tortilla with seasoned beef, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.

  3. 7

    Serve

Serve with sour cream on the side for added flavor.

Cheese Enchilada

  1. 8

    Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, mix the shredded cheese and chopped onions together.

  2. 9

    Assemble the Enchiladas

Soften the corn tortillas by warming them in a skillet. Fill each tortilla with the cheese and onion mixture, roll them up, and place them in a baking dish.

  3. 10

    Add Sauce and Bake

Pour enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas. Top with remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

  4. 11

    Serve

Serve hot with sour cream on the side.

Chicken Burrito

  1. 12

    Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with refried beans and half of the shredded cheese.

  2. 13

    Assemble the Burritos

On each tortilla, spread the chicken mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Roll up tightly.

  3. 14

    Serve

Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
