Method

Main Combo Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare Chicken Fajitas

In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 lb of sliced chicken breast. Cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Add bell peppers and onions, and sauté until vegetables are tender.

  2. 2

    Prepare Beef Tacos

In a separate pan, brown 1 lb of ground beef over medium heat. Season with taco seasoning and cook until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Fill taco shells with cooked beef.

  3. 3

    Prepare Cheese Enchiladas

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Fill 4 tortillas with shredded cheese and roll them up. Place in a greased baking dish, cover with enchilada sauce, and bake for 20 minutes.

  4. 4

    Prepare Vegetable Quesadilla

In a skillet, add a tortilla and layer with cheese and diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, and spinach). Cook over medium heat until cheese melts, then fold in half and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Spanish Rice Preparation

  1. 5

    Cook the Rice

In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until onion is translucent. Add 1 cup of rice and toast for 2-3 minutes.

  2. 6

    Add Liquids

Pour in 2 cups of chicken broth and 1 cup of tomato sauce. Stir in cumin and salt to taste. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until rice is cooked.

Bean Preparation

  1. 7

    Prepare Beans

Choose your preferred bean option. For refried beans, heat in a saucepan over medium heat until warm. For charro or black beans, simply heat them in a saucepan until warmed through.
