Prepare the Pork
In a large bowl, combine the pork shoulder with salt, black pepper, cumin, oregano, garlic, and diced onion. Mix well to ensure the pork is evenly coated with the spices.

Simmer
Place the seasoned pork in a large pot or slow cooker. Add the orange juice, lime juice, and chicken broth. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 4 to 6 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.

Serve
Warm the tortillas either in a dry skillet or microwave. Serve the carnitas topped with sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo.
