Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. This will be your marinade for the salmon.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Allow the salmon to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, prepare the seasonal vegetables. Toss the zucchini, bell pepper, and asparagus in olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. 4

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, heat it over medium-high heat on the stove.

  5. 5

    Grill the Salmon

Once the grill is ready, place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the prepared vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove the salmon and vegetables from the grill. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy your grilled salmon with seasonal veggies.
