Shucking the Oysters

Carefully shuck the oysters using an oyster knife, ensuring not to spill the juices.

Making the Creole Sauce

In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of hot sauce, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of Creole seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.

Assembling the Dish

Place the shucked oysters on a serving platter. Top each oyster with a spoonful of the Creole sauce.

Serve the oysters immediately, garnished with lemon wedges and additional hot sauce if desired.
