Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mushrooms

In a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of oil. Add the sliced mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Beef Patties

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 equal-sized patties. Grill or pan-fry the patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty and cover to melt the cheese.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

While the cheese is melting, lightly toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burgers

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Place the cooked patty with melted Swiss cheese on top, followed by sautéed mushrooms, lettuce, tomato slices, and onion slices. Drizzle ketchup on the top bun and place it on top to complete the burger.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the burgers hot with lightly salted platinum fries on the side.
