Burger Preparation
- 1
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess grease.
- 2
Form the Patties
Shape the ground beef into two equal-sized patties. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3
Grill the Patties
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
- 4
Prepare the Vegetables
Slice the tomato and onion. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
- 5
Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each brioche bun, add a lettuce leaf, followed by the cheese-topped patty, crispy bacon, tomato slices, onion slices, and a generous drizzle of Fusion's signature sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.
- 6
Serve with Fries
Serve the burgers with lightly salted platinum fries on the side.
