Prepare the Ingredients
Slice the beef sirloin thinly and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

Stir-Fry the Beef
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until it's browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, and snow peas. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Combine and Finish
Return the beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and the sesame oil. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Serve
Remove from heat and serve hot, optionally over rice or noodles.
