BBQ Pork Ribs

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Season the pork ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Rub the seasoning all over the ribs.

  2. 2

    Slow Cook the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs in a baking dish and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 3 hours until tender.

  3. 3

    Make the BBQ Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine the BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar. Heat over medium heat until warmed through.

  4. 4

    Glaze the Ribs

Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully uncover. Brush the ribs generously with the BBQ sauce mixture. Increase the oven temperature to 200°C (400°F) and return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, for an additional 20-30 minutes, basting with more BBQ sauce halfway through.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Coleslaw

In a large bowl, mix together the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt. Toss until well combined.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the ribs from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, and then cut into portions. Serve with coleslaw on the side.
