Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the ground beef into three equal portions and shape them into patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

In the same skillet or on a grill, cook the patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place two slices of American cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each brioche bun, layer lettuce, a cheesy beef patty, two slices of bacon, tomato slices, pickles, and a generous amount of Fusion sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the burgers with lightly salted platinum fries on the side.
