Burger Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Sauce

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  2. 2

    Make the Fries

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the russet potatoes into thin strips. Toss them with olive oil and salt. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.

  3. 3

    Cook the Burgers

Form the ground beef into 4 equal patties. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and place a slice of American cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the burgers are cooked to your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burgers

Toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster. Spread a generous amount of burger sauce on the bottom bun. Add the cooked burger patty, followed by lettuce, tomato slices, and onion slices. Top with the other half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the cheeseburgers hot with a side of platinum fries.
