    Prepare the Sausage

    In a large pot over medium heat, add the Andouille sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.

    Cook the Turkey

    In the same pot, add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

    Sauté Vegetables

    Add the chopped onion, garlic, green bell pepper, and jalapeño to the pot. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

    Combine Ingredients

    Stir in the cooked sausage, white beans, chicken broth, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.

    Simmer

    Reduce heat to low and let the chili simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Serve

    Ladle the chili into bowls and top with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions.
