Preparation Directions
1. Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breasts into strips and season with salt and pepper.
2. Coat the Chicken
Dredge the chicken strips in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Fry the Chicken
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the coated chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
4. Toss in Buffalo Sauce
