Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Make Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the activated yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until the dough begins to come together.

Knead Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.

Let Dough Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

Mix Filling
Once the spinach mixture has cooled, add crumbled paneer, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Divide Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into equal portions (about 6-8 balls).

Roll Out Naan
Take one dough ball and roll it out into a small circle on a floured surface. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center.

Seal Naan
Bring the edges of the dough together to seal the filling inside. Gently flatten the stuffed dough ball and roll it out again to form a naan shape.
