Kebab Preparation

Mix Kebab Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped cilantro, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Shape Kebabs
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer to form kebabs. Ensure they are tightly packed to prevent them from falling apart during cooking.

Preheat Grill
Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.

Cook Kebabs
Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the kebabs are browned and cooked through.
Masala Gravy Preparation

Heat Oil
In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat.

Add Garlic and Ginger
Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.

Pour in the pureed tomatoes and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the oil separates from the mixture.

Stir in the garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Combine Kebabs with Gravy
Once the kebabs are done, add them into the masala gravy and gently stir to coat the kebabs with the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
