Prepare the Paneer
Cut the paneer into cubes. If desired, marinate with a bit of salt and pepper.

Fry the Paneer
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the paneer cubes and fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil. Sauté the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant. Then add the chopped onions and cook until translucent.

Add the Peppers and Tomato
Add the bell peppers and diced tomato to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.

Combine Sauces and Spices
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the sautéed vegetables and stir well.

Add the Paneer
Gently fold the fried paneer into the vegetable mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the flavors.
