Method
Marinating the Chicken

Prepare Marinade
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, grated ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth.

Marinate Chicken
Add the chicken thighs to the marinade mixture. Ensure each piece is well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for better flavor.
Making Mint Sauce

Blend Ingredients
In a blender, combine fresh mint leaves, cilantro leaves, green chili, lemon juice, salt, and water. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust salt if necessary.
Cooking the Chicken

Heat Oil
In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat.

Cook Marinated Chicken
Add the marinated chicken to the skillet. Cook on medium heat until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.

Once the chicken is cooked, add the cream and water to the skillet. Stir well and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
