Cut the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, combine gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and baking powder.
- 3
Add Water
Gradually add water to the dry ingredients while whisking until you achieve a smooth, thick batter.
Coating and Frying
- 4
Coat Chicken

Heat Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
