Marinade Preparation

Marinate the Beef
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to taste. Add the beef sirloin, ensuring it is fully coated with the marinade. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Prepare the Mint Sauce
In a blender, combine fresh mint leaves, lemon juice, sugar, and salt to taste. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary and set aside.
Cooking the Beef

Cook the Beef
In a large skillet or pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Add the marinated beef along with any remaining marinade. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is cooked through and tender.

Finish with Green Chili
Add the slit green chili to the beef and cook for an additional 2 minutes to infuse flavor.
