Method

Panini Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bread

Take two slices of ciabatta bread and lay them flat on a clean cutting board.

  2. 2

    Add Pesto

Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto sauce evenly on one side of each slice of bread.

  3. 3

    Layer Ingredients

Slice the fresh mozzarella cheese and the tomato. Place the mozzarella slices on one slice of bread, followed by the tomato slices. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper if desired.

  4. 4

    Top with Other Slice

Place the second slice of bread on top, pesto side down.

  5. 5

    Grill the Panini

Heat a panini press or grill pan over medium heat. Brush the outside of the sandwich with olive oil. Place the sandwich on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.

French Fries Preparation

  1. 6

    Cook the French Fries

Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen French fries package. Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet.

  2. 7

    Season and Bake

Sprinkle the fries with salt and black pepper. Bake according to package instructions, usually around 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispness.
