Method

Panini Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients including sliced turkey, Swiss cheese, spinach, roasted red peppers, ciabatta bread, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Panini

On one slice of ciabatta bread, layer the sliced turkey, Swiss cheese, fresh spinach, and roasted red peppers. Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Close the Panini

Place another slice of ciabatta bread on top of the filling to close the sandwich.

  4. 4

    Grill the Panini

Heat a panini press or skillet over medium heat. Brush the outsides of the sandwich with olive oil. Grill the panini for about 3-5 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

French Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the frozen French fries package.

  2. 6

    Bake the Fries

Spread the frozen French fries on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake according to package instructions, usually around 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.

  3. 7

    Serve

Once the fries are crispy and golden, remove them from the oven and serve alongside the roast turkey panini.
