Method

Grilling the Chicken

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  3. 3

    Grill the Chicken

Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest.

Preparing the Sandwich

  1. 4

    Slice the Tomato

While the chicken is resting, slice the tomato into thin slices.

  2. 5

    Assemble the Sandwich

Cut the hard rolls in half. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each roll. Place a piece of grilled chicken on top of the mayonnaise, followed by lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Top with the other half of the roll.

Cooking the French Fries

  1. 6

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven according to the package instructions for the frozen French fries.

  2. 7

    Toss and Bake

In a bowl, toss the frozen French fries with olive oil and salt. Spread them out on a baking sheet and bake as per the package instructions until golden and crispy.
