Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Method

Preparing the Wings

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated with the seasoning.

  3. 3

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Spread the seasoned wings in a single layer on the baking sheet.

  4. 4

    Bake the Wings

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Making the Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  1. 5

    Melt the Butter

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

  2. 6

    Add Garlic

Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned.

  3. 7

    Combine Ingredients

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.

Coating the Wings

  1. 8

    Toss Wings in Sauce

Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the hot wings and toss until they are well coated.

  2. 9

    Serve Immediately

Serve the garlic Parmesan wings hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
