French Toast

Pancakes

Sausage and Bacon

Method

French Toast

  1. 1

    Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.

  2. 2

    Cook the French Toast

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then place onto the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Repeat with remaining slices, adding more butter as needed.

  3. 3

    Serve

Serve the French toast warm with maple syrup drizzled on top.

Pancakes

  1. 4

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

  2. 5

    Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, beat the egg and mix in milk and melted butter.

  3. 6

    Combine Mixtures

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; lumps are okay.

  4. 7

    Cook the Pancakes

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden.

  5. 8

    Serve

Serve warm with butter and maple syrup.

Eggs

  1. 9

    Cook the Eggs

In a small skillet, heat butter or oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook to your preferred doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, scrambled, etc.).

Sausage and Bacon

  1. 10

    Cook the Sausage and Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage links for about 5-7 minutes, turning frequently, until browned and cooked through. In the same skillet, add bacon strips and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
