In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, melted butter, and salt. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- 3
Form the Crust

Prepare Cream Cheese
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- 6
Add Sugar and Ingredients
Gradually add granulated sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
- 7
Incorporate Eggs
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition until just combined.
- 8
Add Flour
Finally, add the all-purpose flour and mix until smooth. Avoid overmixing.
- 9
Pour Filling into Crust
Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- 10
Bake the Cheesecake
Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- 11
Cool and Chill
Turn off the oven, crack the door open, and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour. Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
