Method

Brownie Preparation

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

2

Melt Butter

In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.

3

Mix Sugars and Vanilla

Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.

4

Add Eggs

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the mixture is smooth and glossy.

5

Combine Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

6

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.

7

Add Chocolate Chips

Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

8

Bake

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

9

Cool the Brownies

Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.

Assembly

10

Scoop Ice Cream

Once the brownies are completely cooled, cut them into squares. Place a brownie square in a bowl or on a plate.

11

Add Ice Cream

Top the brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

12

Add Whipped Cream

Generously dollop whipped cream on top of the ice cream.

13

Drizzle Chocolate Sauce

Drizzle chocolate sauce over the whipped cream and serve immediately.
