Method

Prepare the Ingredients

  1. 1

    Prep the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Flip halfway through for even cooking. Once cooked, remove from the skillet and let drain on paper towels.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

In the same skillet, crack the eggs into the pan. Cook to your desired doneness, about 2-3 minutes for sunny-side up or 4-5 minutes for over-easy. Season with salt and black pepper.

Toast the Bread

  1. 3

    Prepare the Bread

If using a hard roll, slice it in half. If using toast, simply toast the slice until golden brown. This step enhances the flavor and texture of the bread.

Assemble the Sandwich

  1. 4

    Layer the Ingredients

On the bottom half of your hard roll or toast, place the crispy bacon slices. Follow with the cooked eggs. If desired, add a slice of cheese, a slice of tomato, and a leaf of lettuce on top.

  2. 5

    Top the Sandwich

Finish by placing the top half of the roll or toast over the assembled ingredients.
